Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms apply when you use the free audit at altiscope.net. Altiscope is a product of Top Branding Altimeter, W8047 WI-33, Portage, WI 53901, USA (“we”, “us”). By using Altiscope, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
What Altiscope does
Altiscope compares a business’s Google rating and reviews, website speed and SEO with similar businesses nearby, and gives a short list of suggested improvements. The audit is free. We may change, pause or stop the tool, or limit how many audits run each day, at any time.
Using the tool
- You must be 18 or older and use Altiscope for business purposes.
- Give accurate information, and use an email address and phone number that belong to you.
- Don’t use Altiscope to send messages to other people, to overload or copy the tool, or to collect data from it automatically.
- We may block requests that look like spam or abuse.
About your report
- Reports use public data from Google Maps, Google PageSpeed Insights and the websites we check, plus an AI review of how a site looks. This data can be incomplete or out of date, and scores can change from one check to the next.
- The “competitors” in a report are businesses that Google lists near you in the same category. They are chosen automatically and may not be your closest competitors.
- The report is general information, not professional, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee any result, ranking, calls or sales.
- You may use and share your own report. Please don’t present it as an official rating of another business.
Google data
Parts of each report come from Google Maps. Google’s terms and privacy policy also apply to that data: Google Maps Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Emails and text messages
By requesting an audit, you agree that we may email you the verification code, your report and follow-up messages. Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link. We send text messages only if you tick the consent box on the form; reply STOP to opt out at any time. Message and data rates may apply.
Our content
The Altiscope name, website, design and software belong to Top Branding Altimeter. You may not copy, resell or rebuild the tool without our written permission.
No warranty
Altiscope is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Top Branding Altimeter is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of Altiscope. Because the audit is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using Altiscope after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
